This statue of Guru Rinpoche was made by a Tibetan statue maker in North India. It is nice to find a high quality statue that does not come from a Nepalese workshop in Kathmandu. It is reminiscent of the original Guru Rinpoche statue housed in Samye Monastery in Tibet.
